Hi, I am training for the Chicago Marathon and have a 12 mile run scheduled for this Saturday, September 22. I will be in Utica for the weekend and need a route...I would very much like a partner as well. I am a slow runner - between 11:30 and 12:00 depending on the weather/hills.
